This page is a placeholder for the future GTM box workflow.
The goal is to document how Morsa should interpret a devtool, narrow audience focus, reason about lead-search logic, frame hand-written outreach, and suggest the next validation step without overstating automation.
What Will Live Here Later
- Input guidance for describing a VS Code extension, CLI, SDK, or adjacent devtool.
- Rules for deriving audience hypotheses and workflow-centered GTM focus.
- Lead-search logic templates for public surfaces such as GitHub, docs, launch communities, and issue ecosystems.
- Manual outreach patterns for feedback, first users, contributors, and paid-intent validation.
