Results provided through these workflows are licensed to you for your own outreach and business development use. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise share this data with third parties, including other businesses, list brokers, or data aggregators, without our prior written consent.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this information, and any outreach you conduct based on it, complies with applicable law, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and other applicable data protection and anti-spam regulations. Outreach you send based on these results must not be unsolicited bulk messaging or misleading, and must include a functional way for the recipient to opt out of future contact.
If you appear in a search result and would like your information removed, contact us at dev@morsa.io and we will remove any matching record from our index.
Certain workflows, including Competitor Tracking, identify other companies and products based on publicly available information about the product you submit. This does not involve personal data about individuals.
Signals such as suggested competitors and what to watch for are generated with AI assistance and are provided as a starting point for your own research, not as verified facts. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any competitor identified or any signal described.
Results provided through these workflows are for your own internal research and business use. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute this data to third parties without our prior written consent.
