Morsa Signals provides tools and services related to website visibility analysis, AI discoverability, GEO/SEO readiness, technical auditing, reporting, workflow automation, and related functionality.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

By using the service, you represent that you have the authority and legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information reasonably up to date.

You may submit URLs, domains, website data, prompts, configuration data, workflow inputs, and other materials through the service.

These outputs are provided for informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, ranking impact, business results, or search engine outcomes of any analysis or recommendation.

You are responsible for independently evaluating outputs before relying on them.

The platform may rely on or integrate with third-party providers, including infrastructure, analytics, authentication, payment, and AI providers.

Your use of certain features may also be subject to third-party terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

If paid plans are introduced:

• Pricing may change over time
• Billing may be handled by third-party payment providers
• Subscription terms may be presented separately at the time of purchase
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or limitation of access

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The service, including its software, branding, design, documentation, reports, interfaces, and related materials, is owned by Morsa or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant ownership of the service or related intellectual property.

Morsa may generate and use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified usage statistics, benchmarks, and analytical insights derived from platform activity.

These materials will not identify individual users or customers.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

The platform may experience downtime, maintenance, errors, delays, or feature changes.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time without liability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORSA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORSA AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR REPUTATION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO MORSA DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR
• USD $100

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Morsa, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your submitted content or data
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, security concerns, abuse, or operational reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If material changes are made, we may update the date above and take additional steps where appropriate.

Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
